Dr. Jayachand Pallekonda, President of Federation of Indian American Christian Organizations in North America, tried to choke one of the protesters (name withheld on request) unprovoked. The Chicago police who are on high alert pounced on and arrested the Christian leader. The court proceeding are pending against him. Here is his photo of the assaulter felicitating Mr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy in the reception.

The victim developed complications next day morning and had to be admitted to Emergency ward. Here is the photo of the 70 year old victim in emergency ward.
